She said that she doesn't expect me to make it to my next appt.. yikes!!

That is so exciting! Any day now! Already 3cm! When I had my last OB app with Ava I was 2 cm and went into labour that night. Your little lady might be here before the long upcoming long weekend. Can't wait to see a picture of her.

She is doing well. I am looking forward to my doctor's app. next week so I can get her weighed. She is a short nurser. Will only nurse 6-8 min on one side and if I offer her the other side she will scream bloody murder. I am just used to Ava who nursed forever. The past couple of days thought she has nursed more often or I can get her to re latch. Also want to be reassured that her jaundice is gone since her levels were still on the higher side when I left the hospital. She still is only sleeping about 2-2.5 hours straight at night so I walk around in a sleep deprived state.
Ava is still not sure. She likes to kiss her and asks to hold her adn is very gentle. She likes Tessa but doesn't like when Brian hold her. She is used to me holding her now. When Brian goes to pick up Tessa if she is crying Ava will run to him and say up up up. Or if Brian is out and I got pick up Tessa Ava will say mommy pick up your big girl. Brian and Ava have readlly bonded. He goes back to work the 13th and his mom is arriving either the 10th or 13th so that will help Ava with the transition and hopefully by the time she leaves Tessa will be on a better schedule. Sent Ava to my friends place yesterday for a playdate. It was soooooo good for her since she hasn't been around kids in awhile.
About a month before Tessa was born Brian said he thought she would be a girl since he always had a feeling he would like in a house full of women. LOL And then in the labor room he looked at me and said its going to be a girl and I said I think you are right. So I think he likes it.
Hope you and your family are having a nice summer. Weather here hasn't been too nice. Alot of rain but I have barely left the house. Are you all ready for your new little girl? Have you bought her a lot of new stuff? Is your MIL watching the kids when you go into labor? Is Gavin excited about starting school in a couple months?
